Your Privacy

Security
Information security and customer privacy are very important to us. We want our customers to feel comfortable when visiting our web site and purchasing our labels on-line.

Personal Information
We only gather the information we need to fill your order and provide you with great customer service. In maintaining customer privacy we promise to never disclose or sell any of your information to a third party.

We Don’t Use Cookies
Many web sites use internet "cookies" to store things you have selected from their site, pages you have viewed from their site, and information you have given to the site in online forms. A cookie is a piece of text that a web server stores on a user’s hard disk and the site’s database allowing it to be retrieved later.

Some people are made uncomfortable by the use of cookies. The main concern is, while cookies themselves are harmless, they can be used in marketing efforts similar to the traditional selling or sharing of information gathered from mail orders. But cookies make targeting much more precise than the information gathered by traditional mail order companies revealing more about the buyer.

Different sites have different privacy policies on the selling and sharing of personal information and users need to stay aware. To alleviate any possible concerns, we only use "session objects" that are destroyed after you are done visiting our web site rather than cookies.

On-Line Ordering Security
We use the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), 128-bit encryption technology provided to us by our web hosting service, EasyCGI Hosting. SSL was originally developed by Netscape and is an internet security protocol used by internet browsers and web servers to transmit sensitive information. In your browser you can tell when you are using a secure protocol, such as SSL, in a couple of different ways. First, you will notice that the "http" in the address line is replaced with "https." Second, you will see a small padlock in the status bar at the bottom of the browser window.

Unfortunately secure protocols tend to slow down the speed of the secured web site. To ensure optimal speed while visiting our site only our on-line order form is secure. This will allow easy access to the site while supplying our customers who choose to order on-line the security they deserve.

Internet Credit Card Liability
According to the UCLA Center for Communication Policy Internet Report 2001, consumers maximum credit card liability for on-line purchases is only $50. It is something to keep in mind when making purchases on the web.
