Due to the customized nature of our product, we can not simply put the product you return to us back on the shelf for the next customer. So we sincerely hope that our customers take the time when ordering to make sure they are ordering the appropriate label to suit their needs. We can only accept returns if there was a printing error made by our printer or our product fails to perform as stated on our site within 90 days of receipt. We encourage new customers to request a sample prior to ordering if they are not certain about the quality of our product.
